Offering an Early "Boot Jack" from the 1800's
This is a wonderful piece bought recently from a local Auction. A rustic "Cow Boy" Wooden Boot Jack that was hand made the last quarter of the nineteenth century. This hand carved accessory was to aid the removal of one's boots at the end of the day of riding. The color, patina and feel of the wood is wonderful and it makes a gorgeous addition to your country or Farmhouse interior decor, as it can easily hang from a wall. (see all pictures)
Measures: 19" long x 3 5/8" wide at one end and 6 1/8" wide at the other end.
Condition: It is on wonderful condition for its age. The wide end looks to have been cut or split, but still hangs beautifully! Normal wear as you can see on the edges and Wonderful Patina! Has a few paints spots on the one side.
But overall, A great piece to decorate with! Still has allot of life in it and can still be used or decorate with
