19th Century Wooden Mortised Milking Stool
Found on a recent trip to our annual "Madison Bouckville Flea Market", in Upstate New York is this wonderful Primitive 3 leg Milking Stool.
The footstool is in wonderful condition and would make a fine addition to a primitive collection you have. It has age, patina and light wear, including spots of old paint, here and there, with a few older pencil marks, a few dings on the edges, but otherwise in very good antique condition. A few splits can be found on the top edges, but it is still very sturdy and can still be used or displayed. The wooden legs are mortised through the top.
Standing 8 7/8" tall x 8 7/8" wide and 12" long.
This stool is in fine condition and ready for your primitives collection.
