For your consideration ~ Pearlware "Aurora" pattern in Black Polychrome transferware, with a black scroll and leaf design and scattered colored flowers and leaves in green, yellow and blue. Made by Francis Morley between 1845 and 1858.

A beautiful cabinet plate. Samuel Asbury, who Francis Morley was in partnership with both in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent and Philadelphia, North America. This partnership was dissolved in December 1852.

MEASURES: 10 1/4"

CONDITION: NO CHIPS, CRACKS, CRAZING OR DAMAGE. Age appropriate wear on the backside, with small kiln pops on face and backside, Very light Crazing appears on the front in very small areas, very hard to see and on the backside, but light.
